At Tara Forgeron Psychology, we’re passionate about helping people create meaningful lives. Through evidence-based psychological approaches, it is our mission to teach people how to shift from experiencing mental and emotional distress, to feeling a sense of peace and fulfillment in their mind, body, and spirit. We strongly believe in a proactive approach to mental health, meaning that individuals do not need to have a diagnosis to seek treatment. Therefore, in addition to welcoming individuals who are experiencing psychological distress, we welcome those who wish to increase their overall state of wellness and personal growth.
